Static frosted window film lets in daylight but blocks inward visibility
Frosted window film is used in rooms where privacy is preferrable, such as bathrooms, WCs, shower cubicles, office spaces, hospital rooms and other areas. Frosted glass film lets in light, so it never makes a room darker. You can be assured that visibility and shadows disappear completely at a distance of 15 to 20 cm from the window. Even when it grows dark outside and the lights are turned on inside, sandblast film will protect your privacy. Frosted window film is fully damp-resistant, which means it is exceptionally suitable for use in wet rooms such as bathrooms. The PP25 is attached to the pane by means of a static charge. As well as creating privacy, PP25 film reduces 40% of glare. In other words, sandblast film will reduce glare from the sun on computer screens and televisions, improving screen vision drastically.
Frosted glass film produces diffused light
When you apply sandblast film to glass, the colour closely resembles the colour of sandblast glass. PP25 is light grey in colour, the colour used most commonly in the glass industry to create privacy. As the colour of privacy control window film is unobtrusive, frosted glass film practically never detracts from the architectural aesthetics of a building. In fact, the frosted window film is matt in colour, which creates lovely ingress of light. This light, distributed evenly as it shines through the frosted window film, is called diffused light. The film is static, so it is not coated with a layer of glue. As a result, this kind of film is easy to remove and even reuse if necessary, a practical feature for rented homes where the use of permanent film is not permitted. In addition, you can reuse static window film. PP25 film is intended for interior use, which means that this film should be applied to the inside of the pane.

How to apply window film
Frosted window film is easy to apply yourself if you follow our application instructions that come with the product. The application instructions explain, step by step, how to adhere the frosted glass film to the glass. A felt-edged squeegee is an essential piece of equipment which will help you apply your window film absolutely perfectly. The felt-edged squeegee will help you smooth out moisture from under the film. PP25 sandblast window film can be applied to the inside of all types of plate glass. PP25 can also be applied to the inside of Low E glass (all grades of Low E glass including triple glazing) without the risk of an expansion crack occurring in the Low E glass. PP25 film is intended for indoor use (it should be applied to the inside of the pane).
